Chunyu Huang is currently pursuing her PhD at Delft University of Technology under the supervision of Dr. ir. Monique van der Veen. Her project focuses on the development of metal organic frameworks (MOFs) to selectively adsorb VOCs related to veterinary diseases. Her research interests include modulating crystallization kinetics, increasing the stability and hydrophobicity of metal organic frameworks, and VOC sensing. In the OBSeRVeD project, she works in Work package 3: Affinity Layers, and also collaborates with Work Package 2: Sensing Platforms and Work Package 1: Disease Odor Models and Field Testing.
